Scope & content
Publication from the Americans Eugenics Party (AEP) outlining the different spectrums used to classify political parties and positions. The publication includes the diagrams of three spectrums: race outlook, economic outlook, and religious outlook. Each spectrum is comprised of three point-graded sections: “negative plus” (left on the spectrum), “positive” (centre of the spectrum), and “negative minus” (right on the spectrum). Among the AEP’s classification of other parties and positions, the AEP is placed in the “positive” (centre) of all three spectrums. Some political parties and positions classified in the diagrams include: anarchist, socialism, communism, American Eugenics Society, “anti-negro only”, “anti-negro and oriental”, Nordicism, “Swede Supremacy”, National States Rights Party, Klu Klux Klan (KKK), American Nazi Party, Citizens Councils, “racist theism”, and “scientific non-racist theism”.
