- Scope & content
- Photograph depicts Chesterfield himself (?) standing over a dead fox, in a grassy field, with some snow. Chesterfield is dressed in tall fur boots, dark baggy pants, and a white coat trimmed in a three stripe pattern, with his hood thrown back. He is smoking a pipe and looking at the body of the fox rather then at the viewer.
