On peut y voir une partie de la ville de Montréal, de la rue des Soeurs-Grises à l'ouest jusqu'à la 1ere avenue à l'est, en incluant une partie du ruisseau Molson, et jusqu'aux rues Stadacona (devenue Adam), Sainte-Catherine, Dorchester et Craig au nord. On peut aussi voir au sud du port, le pont Victoria, l'île Moffat, l'île Sainte-Hélène et une partie de Longueuil.
