- Scope & content
- A rectangular shaped dark brown coloured all wood abacus. The artifact exhibits four edge segments that in turn have been horizontally connected by a rectangular shaped segment of wood. 'V' shaped joints appear at the points where the connecting segment joins the side portions. Also evident are a total of 11 circular segments which connect the top and base of the artifact and which respectively pass through the horizontal connecting segment. Each of the circular segments passes through the centre of a total of 7 donut shaped wooden components. For each vertical item, two donut-like components appear above the horizontal connector, while 5 donut-like components appear below the connector. PH1 2006
