- The series consists of records pertaining to liquor product pricing, stock, transportation and sales. The files include liquor purchase control ledger cards, vendors current ledger (VCL), monthly stock sales reports known as *Chairman's Reports*, price lists, stock catalogues, and a transportation and claim ledger documenting insurance claims and concealed claims. The series also includes published railway tariffs, rates and regulations arranged by railway station location, and a set of correspondence regarding WWII war quotas and liquor rationing.
