- The series consists of circulars distributed by the ALCB Chair and various departments to staff, managers, vendors and licensees. Files include general and routine memoranda, Stocks Department memoranda and a product knowledge manual, and Stores Department memoranda, operations manuals and manual amendments. The series also includes employee class specifications, an official pay plan, personnel administration and management regulations, and employee information booklets.
